I met Andrew and Pauline two years ago at Andrew’s sister’s wedding. So when they asked me for their own wedding last year, I was immediately excited!
The day started at a beautiful location, Villa Nicola in Amsterdam. In this stylish B&B, Pauline prepared and Andrew watched her come down the stairs. After a substantial lunch, we left for Paviljoen Puur, a location that has been on my list for a long time.
Before the ceremony, we took some photos together in nature around the wedding venue. Then it was time for the personal ceremony by Mark van Leeuwen.
Despite the beautiful words from Mark, Pauline’s sister and Andrew’s brother, my favorite speech was from Grandma (95). She told of her 67-year marriage to Grandpa (97) and had heartwarming advice for Andrew and Pauline.
The rest of the wedding day consisted of a casual walking dinner AND party where all 140 guests went crazy and I ended my day in the middle of the polonaise :).
